Established in 2019 by Principal Designer Amanda Tomlinson, the firm is founded on trust, details, and going the extra mile. AMANDA TOMLINSON
Amanda Tomlinson is the Principal Designer, detail enthusiast, and visionary behind AK&CO. With experience in commercial, hospitality and residential design, Tomlinson brings her concept-driven approach to the residential sector. She appreciates the beauty of rich architecture balanced with the crisp lines of contemporary spaces, the process of creating a
once-in-a-lifetime piece and crafting inviting spaces for families to come together.
After spending years with a high end residential and hospitality design firm in New York City, she knows the importance of interpreting each client’s specific needs and translating them into the elevated space that they desire. Her personal style exudes a balance of clean lines and organic textures that reveals an understated elegance and warmth.
Amanda graduated with a BS in Interior Design and a business minor with honors from the nationally-ranked Interior Design program
at Florida State University. She serves as a board member of the NEWH New York Chapter and is pursuing NCIDQ certification. She currently resides in Florida with her husband and their two boys.
